Take a Yoga Class on a Stand Up Paddleboard

Join Sami Joy, RYT and certified SUP yoga teacher for a floating yoga class on Atsion Lake. The class lasts for one hour and 15 minutes, with some additional time to paddle to and from the spot where we anchor down – the perfect warm-up and cool-down stretch!

The time frame for this whole experience is two hours. Come enjoy a serene yoga routine with the added fun and challenge of being on the water.
