This lesson starts on land, preparing the participants by first explaining good form and different strokes. The participants are then taught how to safely launch their boards, and spend time on the water with the instructor practicing their technique. The instructor tailors the class to the ability of the student and critiques and corrects students to help them get the most out of their lesson. Time with the instructor totals 60 minutes. Lessons
The cancellation policy for lessons is different than regular rentals, since the instructor is coming in just for you! We require at least 24 hours notice for a full refund. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are eligible for a 50% refund. After the start time of the reservation, no refunds will be provided.
Please note: if you are late to your reservation, we CAN NOT guarantee that we will be able to change the start/end time of your booking to accommodate you. If you launch late, you will likely still have to return on time and no refund or credits will be given. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your reservation, we cannot guarantee your equipment will be available when you arrive, and you will not be eligible for a refund. Please call or email us as early as possible if you think you will be arriving late so we can do our best to help.
